Do you ship internationally?

For orders within Canada and the USA we ship via Canada Post/USPS unless otherwise stated. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Orders within Canada ship for a flat rate of $10 CAD or $20 CAD depending if you choose Standard Shipping (2 – 7 business days) or Xpresspost (1 – 4 business days). Orders to the USA ship for a flat rate of $15 CAD or $30 CAD depending if you choose Standard Shipping (4 – 8 business days) or Xpresspost (2 – 5 business days). All orders over $150 CAD ship for free to Canada and the USA via Canada Post/USPS Expedited Standard service. If you need your order by a specific date or would like to use a preferred carrier we can arrange for that as well. We use Canada Post for orders outside Canada and the USA.

Shipping rates to World locations depend on the weight and value of the package. Shipping via Canada Post will reach your destination between 7 – 9 business days depending on your location. All orders over $500 CAD ship for free. You will receive a tracking number when your package is shipped. If you would like us to use an alternate shipping carrier or service please contact us at contact@wootoseeyou.com or by phone at 604-559-1062 and we will be happy to assist you.

Custom fees, duty charges and/or brokerage charges may apply on International shipments. This depends on the country of destination. Woo To See You™ is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when goods are imported into your country. I wanted a product but it’s out of stock. When can I purchase it?

We cannot guarantee products will be back in stock. We travel far and wide for what we sell so finding these items again can be damn-near impossible. This is why our products are special. If you see something you can’t live without, email us and we will do our best to find that item for you again or find something similar you may love just as much.

How do I know Woo To See You™ has shipped my order?

Once we have prepared your things, you will receive an email with shipping information. If your item is being shipped internationally, expect to wait anywhere from a week to a month because of customs. Please be patient! If you feel like your order has been snagged by a fashion loving customs agent or a cross-dressing postman, email us and we will do our best to track it down!

Can I contact you by phone?

Yes, 604-559-1062. We are always at our store and when we aren’t there, we will receive your call. All this said, email works better for us. If you call and we don’t pick up, leave a voice mail. We will get back to you ASAP.

Can you send me more photos of a sweet product in your store?

If you want to see products in person, come down to our store or keep an eye out for our next market day. We keep people updated on our Blog, FacebookTwitter, and Instagram. You can take pics there and hashtag us all over social media!

The photos on your website look slightly different than what I purchased.

We’ve taken a lot of time to shoot and edit photographs of our products so you can order the colour you want. All this said, different monitors represent colours in different ways. Although we’ve invested in the best hardware to produce images, we don’t know what room you’re in or what kind of monitor you’re using. Colour is kind of relative but we’re doing our best to be like Pantone and offer the best representation possible.

Can I blog or publish content about Woo To See You™ or the products you sell?

Yes! We love people who blog and publish online. We love the Internet and open networks of communication. Feel free to write about our shop and use the images we’ve published. One thing we require is that you’d send us an email with a list of content you’ve published. We want to see your work too and publish you as part of our news. If you pat our back, we’ll pat yours.

Are you a wholesale provider?

As of right now, we’re offering small quantities of the items we carry. If you’re looking to make some large orders, email us at contact@wootoseeyou.com. We’re always planning for the future and will do our best to connect you to great merchandise.
