In Vancouver? Save the cost of shipping and give us the chance to say hi:
- During checkout, select one of our locations instead of another shipping method.
- Your order will be ready for pick up at your selected location ASAP—at most 2 business days.
Please note: Items purchased for in-store pick up are not refundable but we will be happy to offer you a store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchase.

Canada, USA, & International Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping for orders within Canada, USA, and International via Canada Post/USPS unless otherwise stated. Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days and you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
- $15 CAD Expedited Parcel in Canada (Apx. 1-14 business days depending on region).
- $20 CAD Xpresspost Shipping in Canada (Apx. 1-8 business days depending on region).
- $20 CAD Standard Shipping to the USA (Apx. 4-7 business days depending on region).
- $40 CAD Xpresspost Shipping to the USA (Apx. 2-3 business days depending on region).
- $60 CAD Standard Shipping International (Apx. 6-10 business days depending on region).

HOW DO I KNOW WOO TO SEE YOU™ HAS SHIPPED MY ORDER?
Once we have prepared your things, you will receive an email with shipping information. If your item is being shipped internationally, expect to wait anywhere from a week to a month because of customs. Please be patient! If you feel like your order has been snagged by a fashion loving customs agent or a cross-dressing postman, email us and we will do our best to track it down!
